Jane is Lenox’s Hill’s founder and Managing Director. Over the past 25 years, she has held executive positions in New York, Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore, while gaining extensive experience in digital strategy, channel and digital development, change management, solution delivery, strategic marketing and communications, and social media strategy.

Just some of the companies that have relied on her expertise include Merrill Lynch, RAC, TAFE, CSBP (part of Wesfarmers), P&N Bank, Bankwest, Synergy, Essential Energy, Telethon Kids Institute, John Hughes, Welleco, Silver Chain and Thomson Reuters.

Jane is accomplished at creating visions with pragmatic strategies to deliver business outcomes. A senior advisor and team leader, Jane is strategic, creative and analytical with a proven ability to help companies leverage digital and innovative technology. Career highlights before the Hill include Head of Digital at Bankwest where she led the four year transformation program. Prior to that, she was based in New York for seven years where she was Head of Online and Lead Global Advisor for Merrill Lynch & Co, and previously worldwide Head of Marketing, e-Business for Deloitte.

At the Hill, Jane has partnered with many leading brands and emerging businesses in Australia and USA to help them on their digital journey. Her work has earned international awards and accolades, including three major awards while at Merrill Lynch and seven digital/communication awards at Bankwest.

Jane is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chair of the Institute’s Business Advisory Committee. She is a member of UWA’s Ambassadorial Council, and former President of the Women’s Advisory Council to the State Government. She has an Honours Degree in Commerce and attended the Executive Management course at Harvard University.

Natalie was Jane’s colleague in New York, during the days when they both worked for Merrill Lynch. As a senior digital strategist, she has more than 20 years experience in developing strategies for digital, channel and brand marketing, for major brands in local, national and international markets including the UK.

She is accomplished at creating visions and implementation plans to deliver business outcomes, and has significant experience in leveraging digital to meet business goals. A senior project and team leader, Natalie is analytical, creative and has a proven ability to forge and foster relationships with organisations.

Career highlights include leading the customer experience design and implementation for Synergy’s digital program, business lead for a new Bankwest website and social channels, implementing a global e-pledging web platform for Merrill Lynch and developing a new consumer market positioning strategy for James Hardie building products.

Natalie and Jane make a formidable team, and together they have won five national and international awards for their work at Bankwest and Merrill Lynch.

A graduate of Curtin University, Natalie has a Bachelor of Business in Marketing.

Shaun is a senior digital and technical advisor with over ten years of experience in delivering and managing digital communication initiatives.

Shaun has a solid background in the various aspects of digital projects including the delivery of digital strategies, websites and mobile phone applications. He understands the scope of projects instinctively and delivers successful outcomes that meet the expectations of the business and generate a positive experience for end users. Shaun’s areas of speciality are in requirement gathering, metrics analysis, user experience definition and technology solution design.

Shaun’s key achievements include delivering a number of digital projects of varying sizes and complexities for organisations such as the Telethon Kids Institute, P&N Bank, RelPro (USA), Essential Energy (NSW), TAFE Queensland and Synergy.

Shaun also has previous management experience overseeing a team of digital communication professionals spread across three countries (Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom) and three different time zones to deliver digital projects in a variety of industry sectors. Prior to this, Shaun spent four years with Curtin University’s in-house digital agency, focussing on the delivery of public facing digital solutions, including the Future Students website.

Dd’s been in the digital strategy game for over a year now, seamlessly transitioning into the team with her stabilising influence and unparalleled listening skills. Her dedication to large volumes of long, sporadic naps is exceeded only by her commitment to trespassing into our neighbouring office.

As head of security, Dd manages all online virus and bug protection programs for our clients, in addition to safeguarding the Lenox Hill workspace with her naturally authoritative presence.

Sarah is an enthusiastic and experienced web developer with over eight years of experience managing and delivering projects of all sizes.

Her passion for web development and strong problem solving skills enable her to create feature-rich solutions which provide an emphasis on usability and performance.

Driven by creating efficient and adaptable solutions, Sarah has worked with a number of digital agencies allowing her to develop her skills in the latest cutting edge web technologies. Her skill set includes but is not limited to HTML/CSS, jQuery, WordPress, Magento, Shopify and Responsive Web Development.

Sarah graduated Edith Cowan University in 2007 and holds a Bachelor of Communications, completing a double major in Interactive Multimedia and Film & Video.

Paul is an entrepreneurial digital marketing specialist. He assists clients in clearly defining their business challenges, understanding their options, and determining the best solutions.

A wizard with distilling large data sets into simple, understandable concepts, Paul adopts a data driven approach to all aspects of digital marketing.

Following 16 years in business management with a number of highly successful and fast growing SME’s, Paul fine tuned his SEO, SEM, web development and broader digital marketing skills as an owner operator of several successful ecommerce enterprises. Paul uses these skills to seamlessly integrate SEO best practice concepts into all aspects of digital development projects he is engaged with.

With a constantly involving toolkit of skills that include SEO, SEM, PHP, JS, Wordpress, Shopify and Squarespace, Paul works with clients both large and small with a multitude of different CMS and ecommerce systems.

Catriona is a driven and dedicated digital and marketing advisor, working for two major brands in-house prior to becoming a consultant. This has fostered a highly adaptable attitude and an innate understanding of delivering digital and marketing solutions to meet stakeholder demands.

With her working knowledge of content and end to end project delivery, together with a strategic mindset, Catriona brings a unique perspective to her digital projects.

In addition to managing significant projects for clients such as Telethon Kids Institute and Silverchain, she has been a key contributor to wide-ranging digital and marketing deliverables for John Hughes, TAFE Queensland and Perth Energy.

Prior to her time at Lenox Hill, Catriona spent six years in publishing and professional services organisations. As the sole marketing resource within a national legal firm, Catriona oversaw tactical and strategic initiatives that assisted in driving the successful expansion of the firm from three to six offices around Australia.

During that time, she was responsible for the inception, oversight and implementation of all marketing and digital strategy activities at a senior management level.

Winning an academic scholarship to attend Notre Dame University, Catriona graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing.
